Georgia Anne Muldrow asserted herself quite clearly when she wrote a song under the name Patti Blingh entitled 'Lara Bush: In Hot Grease'. Presumably the typo and swipe at ex-First Lady Laura Bush is thinly veiled on purpose; she has a history of singing about issues that either matter, bother her or both.
Georgia Anne and her glorious hip hop meanderings first came to our attention with her appearance on Platinum Pied Pipers’ highly lauded Triple P. We followed her career as she released her own debut album on Stones Throw, concentrated on side project G&D with partner in real life Dudley Perkins and appeared on last year’s golden nugget from Erykah Badu's New Amerykah: 4th World War.
Now that new tracks have recently surfaced, we are hoping for a fresh release from Georgia Anne to follow.
