ATMA in the sky with collages
<< Back
Making art and searching souls Oct 22, 2009 at 08:26
Toulouse-born artist ATMA (meaning 'soul') was heavily influenced by his home-town's influential street art scene, but began painting portraits before painting walls and creating collages. He was recently part of a gigantic art project called Tunnel 228 which was underneath Waterloo Station in London.

Rabat-based, then Madrid-based, now living in London, ATMA creates artworks that are pretty diverse, almost always bold and bright, with texture aplenty. And, if you're feeling like thinking, you might just find a message or three in there.
