Alchemy creates luxury treats

Not just your average accessory May 15, 2008 at 08:21
Is there a pattern in existence as everlasting as hound's-tooth? Doubtful. Alchemy's super-fancy scarves are all about the classics meeting the present, with lots of hound's-tooth, paisley, and designs that often pay homage to the nineteenth century.

Established just last year, Alchemy's scarves, sashes and pochettes are all manufactured in Italy, but have a New York inspiration, and this year's collection includes designs using guns, flowers, keys, padlocks and daggers. Kind of dark, a little bit gothic, and very pretty.
