Music blogs are getting all razzed up the world over because indie darlings Vampire Weekend have begun leaking tracks from their sophomore album Contra which is due for release in January next year. Lead vocalist Ezra Koenig's unique brand of innocent oddness remains – "In December drinking horchata / I look psychotic in a balaclava". Heavens.
It's much of the same whimsical and sweet sounds from the New York-based quartet; complete with sweet background vocals and strings.
