Chris Brown might get his charge for assualting Rihanna dropped

Perhaps it would have been more appropriate to have a picture of Chris Brown as the main image but he makes us want shake our vom-voms, so now we get to look at the loveliness that is Rihanna instead.
2009's biggest fucktard thus far, Chris Brown, might manage to have his assault charge dropped. That photo (the one that we can't post because it's too heartbreaking) might be the reason. Just because the photo of Rihanna's horrible injuries was leaked to the public, Brown might not be punished for being the reason for it.
I'm not a lawyer but it seems a little backward that everybody in the world has seen the evidence and that's why Brown won't go to jail.
It's got something to do with the jury already being convinced that he's guilty. There's a list of crimes that he's guilty of, he should count himself lucky he's only ever been charged with one. He's guilty of beating up a lady. And for crimes against pop music. And for posing like the biggest douchebag that ever douchebagged in every photo that's ever been taken of him.
