With the unseasonably warm weather that we've had around Melbourne of
late, pale pins of all shapes and sizes are shaking off their winter
blues and are coming out for a piece of vitamin D. Lifelounge HQ, being
in the sunny beach-side town of St Kilda, is almost at the epicentre of Melbourne's
short capital. And, incidentally, the street ho capital (but that's another
story).
Anyway, it's hard not to notice the high proportion of fellas in
mid shin 'shants' or happy pants with tank tops (what's up with that?),
especially dudes who when not on their motorbikes are at the gym for
some reason. The fellas of today could all learn a little something if
they flicked back through their family photo albums and checked the
steeze on their old man from back in the day. A time when real men
would quite happily wear short shorts... the dads were onto something.
