You've probably heard by now that there's going to be a remake of Beverly Hills 90210 in the near future. If you didn't know already, take this time to vomit everywhere. Apparently the new series will star big names like Lori Loughlin, AnnaLynne McCord, Dustin Milligan, Ryan Eggold and Shenae Grimes.
So far Shannen Doherty, Luke Perry and Jason Priestley have all rejected offers, but Jennie Garth will appear as West Beverly High's guidance counsellor, which is crazy because Kelly Taylor was a bitch with a shard of ice where her heart should have been. Tori Spelling and Ian Ziering may also make comebacks, because they have nothing else to do.
Beverly Hills 90210: if it ain't broke... Surely nothing can beat the Dylan, Brenda and Kelly love triangle, Nat at the Peach Pit, or the fact that there was a 34-year-old woman playing an 18-year-old. God bless you Andrea Zuckerman.
Here's some classic 90210 with Kelly being a dumb slut, Dylan being the bad boy with a conscience, Brenda being self-righteous and some dude (Dean Cain) being our moral compass. Hilarious.
Meanwhile, the only bonus we can see is that Jessica Walter (AKA the alcoholic, uncaring, hilarious mum from Arrested Development) will be taking part. Although, the role will, no doubt, pale in comparison to that of Lucille Bluth.
