Brooklyn disco gods Aug 22, 2008 at 12:19
Brooklyn's Holy Ghost! aren't making dorky Christian rap, or cheesyrock for you to get down and righteous, in fact it's pretty muchreligion-free. So if your place of worship is mostly your favouritetrashy disco, you won't be crucified here.

Since doing remixes for the Panthers and Lifelounge favourites Cut Copy (among others) Holy Ghost! are set to release Hold On for DFA records. Making chirpy, tug-at-your-heart-stings disco, their sound is certainly less frenetic and more user-friendly than a lot of their colleagues'. It's cute and fun and while it's not going to be for everybody, you should at least attempt to exorcise your demons. If you don't like it, that's OK; we don't judge here. Unlike some superior beings.
