| Have Gaspard et Xavier lost their way? |

There is no doubt that the French electro duo, Justice, have got a certain 'je ne sais quoi' that keeps us fans coming back. Their album 'Cross' made all sorts of headlines, mostly of the 'positive genre'; these Frenchies could do no wrong. And then, they started remixing songs for the likes of U2 and most recently Lenny Kravtiz...
In April 2009, Stereogum released the duo's remix of U2's newest tune 'Get On Your Boots' and we were all a l'il taken a back.. but everybody makes mistakes right? It's not to say that this attempt was a complete musical failure, but more so a credible failure.
We're still not really sure what inticed them. Was it Bono's persuasive smile? He's mysterious look behind those dark glasses? Were Xavier and Gaspard left wanting more?

So many questions... but we managed to forgive them. But how many chances should one be given?
This week a Justice remiz of Lenny Kravitz's 'Let Love Rule' has surface. Kanye's blogged about it, and so has every other blogomaniac.
If you can stomach it: Justice remix Kravitz
WHY? WHY? WHY?
Is it all just a publicity stunt by the 'mainstream' artists to convert some of the 'alt' fans?
Let's hope this is their last excursion to the mainstream land. One can only hope.
