Sometimes tattoos are an expression of individuality, creativity and
style but sometimes they, and their owner, sit in the same category as
'If you can read this...' bumper stickers. Only they're permanent.
Questionable ink has offered amusement to the sane and intense regret
to others for generations. Thankfully for resident lounger Tobias Allen,
