La Roux AKA Elly Jackson is finally ready to release her debut self-titled album and since the singles 'Quicksand', 'In for the Kill' and 'Bulletproof' already released from the record, we have the beautifully simple and sweet 'Cover my Eyes'.
Jackson's first musical love was folk music but we're pretty glad she discovered synthpop and artists like Human League and other 80s pop geniuses like Prince, Eurythmics and Michael Jackson. We're also glad that she embraced the androgyny she was teased for as a kid because she's adorable.
