Some say San Francisco is a pretty sweet city. Others say it’s quite a colourful place. There are few who even say it’s good enough to eat, well, Liz Hickok’s Jell-O model of San Fran at least. Jell-O you ask? You heard right. Photographer, videographer, sculptor, and installation artist, Liz Hickok creates these incredible SF landscapes from jelly and photographs them. The result is a strange and wonderful hyper-colour model of the city.
