Sydney-based Maurie and Eve started off jazzing up simple cotton singlets and has grown into a full-scale women's line offering up a lot more than the humble Chesty Bonds.
This Summer, Maurie and Eve Platinum seems to be paying homage to a time when tie-dye, loose midriffs, and frayed denim weren't shunned. There are also a lot of tropical patterns, disco sequins and nautical stripes. No stone is left unturned, but the designs resist becoming over-the-top; they tread a clever line between the turbo trendy and the everyday.
