Everybody from Tilly and the Wall, to the VIP Boys, to Lovefoxxxx from CSS have been rocking Peggy Noland's crazy creations. They're all rainbow-coloured, spandex, sequinned loudness, and have been featured in Missbehave, Dazed and Confused and Oyster. Lady is super hot right now.
