Square America is a website full of snapshots from the first three-quarters of the 20th century. The curator has been collecting images from thrift stores, markets, and from eBay throughout the last eight years and has now put a bunch of them onto a website. Divided into categories like Guns! Guns! Guns! and the Christmas Spectacular and A Wedding Album, my favourites were Costume Party and Dance.
Attached are some of the images from Dance, all kinds of cute costumes, laughs, silliness, kitsch glory, and awkward prom moments are there. But you should head to squareamerica.com for the rest of the amazing collection.
