It's not easy to believe that Melbourne's Nick Mahoney had no experience in the fashion industry at all when he started Boski three-ish years ago. But hey, that's what he said.

Determined not to just be a mimic of mainstream fashion, Mahoney goes against the grain by adding bits and pieces to his ranges throughout the year, which means his designs are freshly baked. This season's collection is called Moment of Truth and is centred on patterns and graphics on simple tees, jackets, vests and denim, and lots of classic black and white. Lovely.

Worn by the super adorable Gotye, you should probably expect to see more and more of this label.
