Even though Alexander Wang's muse was Erin "The people with the best style for me are the people that are the
poorest. Like, when I go down to Venice beach and I see the homeless,
like, I'm like, 'Oh my God, they're pulling out, like, crazy looks and
they, like, pulled shit out of like garbage cans" Wasson, his Resort 09 collection doesn't look dumb. Or as if it came from a rubbish bin.
This most recent range is made up of a lot of muted black, white and grey with just the teensiest splash of yellow, orange and red. Most of the designs aren't earth-shattering; skinny pants, over-sized tops and vests are all still scoring centre-stage but some of the fancier side of the collection are a bit more inspiring.
