If your idea of fashion heaven is a shop that just sells tshirts (by the hundreds) and promises to have a swag of new prints every time you visit, it seems your prayers have been answered. T Bar in Melbourne Central is now open.

I love the place, why spend $80+ on tees when you can get 2 for $65 from T bar with so many to choose from. Keep up the good work!

Hi Lifeloungers, my name is Andrea Vidal and I'm one of the creators and owners of T-Bar. A little red birdie suggested I read this blog which I have eagerly done with gay abandon. Humour me while I comment on your comments…. Firstly, it’s awesome to see what people really think about our business. My business partner and I are probably all your ages (we’re both in our twenties) and we haven’t had much of a life since we started this 2 years ago. So it’s good to see that all our sweat, swearing and afternoon downing of vodka is paying off. To answer your questions regarding a website that you can buy from: it’s coming. Our website should be up and running in one month’s time and it’s looking that you’ll be able to buy on-line starting July 2009. In regards to the very cynical Miro bellini who is of the opinion that we have posted our own comments to boost the brand – no we haven’t. One, I don’t have the time and two, have a little faith in mankind man! It IS possible for people to really love a brand and genuinely express that love. In regards to the comment about ripping off the threadless design: we get a lot of our designs from people like you - in other words, the average customer. As hard as we do try to check where their submissions come from, every so often, one will slip through unnoticed. Rest assured, we hate it when this happens too. Anyway, keep the questions coming and now that I know this exists I’m happy to answer any queries. Cheers, Andrea.

T-Bar - get a website! I've had to use this page as a reference point for this style blog: http://www.getout.net.au/style.html
