 Well,for me it's crazy because my mom grew up in Chicago until she was like 12 then moved to Michigan/Detroit where my dad grew up.So since Ferris Bueller's Day Off movie was suppose to be based in Chicago and Cameron was wearing a Detroit Red Wings shirt doing the film really made me love the Midwest even more.
