The fellas of today could all learn a little something if
they flicked back through their family photo albums and checked the
steeze on their old man from back in the day. A time when real men
would quite happily wear short-shorts... the dads were onto something.

times invisible.

Black Dynamite settles the score
Adrian Younge keeps it vintage
If one were to describe Adrian Younge as a genius, it would be hard to refute. He’s a composer, arranger, producer, sound engineer, multi-instrumentalist, film editor and to add to that, a professor of law. And if that wasn’t enough to make you feel miserably useless, Younge is also the man behind the blaxploitation comedy Black Dynamite’s score.

Harri Peccinotti is a purveyour of flesh photography
Ooh la

The special effects wonderland of Robert Abel and Associates
Feel Good Fridays x a gazillion
In the 70s and 80s Robert Abel & Associates were pretty much the kings of CGI and animation. They managed to encapsulate all that was rad at the time in terms of colour, neon, typography and futurism into everything that they touched and among other things were responsible for the effects on Sci-Fi cult film classics such as Tron, The Andromeda Strain and The Black Hole.
